At Santos Woodworks, every product is handcrafted to order with care and attention to detail. Please review our shipping information before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade in small batches.
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after purchase.

Personalized or engraved items  mayrequire additional production time depending on order volume. During busy periods, processing times may vary slightly.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method. We currently charge shipping on all orders.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or free shipping on orders over a minimum purchase amount. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on our website.

Shipping Locations

All orders ship from Ontario, Canada.

  • Domestic (Canada): Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

  • International (including the United States): Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and brokerage fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities. Santos Woodworks is not responsible for customs-related fees, delays, or refused shipments.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Santos Woodworks is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, or if there are issues with delivery, contact us at hello@santoswoodworks.com within 48 hours so we can assist you.
